Factory Heat Sealed Baggies. An original Lot of four (4) Vintage Star Wars 1978-79 Baggies consisting of: Greedo, Walrus Man, Snaggletooth and Hammerhead action figures all still factory sealed in a Kenner – General Mills Baggies (Bag) All are in pristine condition. The baggies are all heat sealed, the Style of Plastic bags the come in are all Crisp! No splits or rips! If you’re like us, Condition is a major concern for collectors and we will do our best provide some detailed criteria that should be considered when bidding on this item. Please also refer to the pictures above as reference as they are considered to disclose the overall condition of each item. Star Wars Kenner baggies were produced by Kenner from 1978 through 1984 and mostly sold through the Retailer catalogs such as Sears, JC Penney, Montgomery Wards, Spiegel and Alden. What makes these items special is that the figures comes packed in the far tougher and harder to find Kenner – General Mills bags. Later versions for example simply had the words “Made in Hong Kong” in black writing or just “Kenner”. It’s possible these figures would have most likely been part of a Sears or JC penny Multipack promotion sold back in 78-79. These figures here are some of the very 1st style of baggie’s ever issued by Kenner! More importantly all the Kenner bags are in excellent shape too. It is important to note that the Kenner baggies contain a small pin sized air holes, often one in the front and another in the back of the packet. In most cases they appear to be located in roughly the same place when comparing them to other baggies from my own collection. I can only assume that this was done at the factory to let the air out after the figure was placed inside the packet after it was heat sealed. The logo’s, Kenner General Mills Made in Hong Kong blueprint is great condition too. Please be aware that these items are 100% original and has come from my own personal collection that i’ve had for some 40+ years. These figures have been stored in a temperature-controlled environment, safely stored out sunlight’s harm, never been opened, never been played or tampered with!!
