3)  OPTIONAL [Text on Item]:  if you would like to add text to your item.  In the eBay personalization box [On the main listing page under quantity]  Enter Your Text, Name(s) or Message that you would like to add to your phone case.  We utilized a specialize font as seen on the design.  If you would like to change the font type, see paragraph below.  We will place the text normally at the bottom unless there is no room then we will work around the design and camera hole.  Also, you can let us know where you would like the text to be placed.  

NOTE:  If you do not want any text, name nor any message, please write “No Text” or leave personalization box blank.  If the personalization box is is left blank, we will assume you did not want any text on your item. 

Note:  Know your phone case.  Each phone case has been tested and is made to fit a certain phone model.  Samsung Galaxy J7 V 2018 is different than the Samsung Galaxy J7 V 2017. The iPhone Xs Max is different from iPhone Xs.  iPhone SE 2016 is different than the iPhone SE 2020 and so on.  If it does not fit, either you ordered the wrong phone case type or we sent you the wrong phone case type by mistake.  If we sent you the wrong phone case type, send us a picture within 14 days of delivery date and we will send you a new phone case within 48 hours.  If you choose the wrong one, we could offer you 10% discount to order another one through Paypal invoicing.

COLORS:  We use state of art ink, software, and equipment when making your phone case.  With that being said, Colors on the phone case may still vary due to your computer monitor resolution or if you printed the picture out due to your software and/or printer’s color resolution settings.  Computer Monitors tend to make the picture brighter.  The reason is the settings and RBG technology that Computer Monitors utilizes where as printers utilizes CMYK technology.   Kind of like USA English vs UK English, they are similarities but there are differences.  Remember going into a Department store and looking at television sets.  each set had a variation of red due to each TV’s resolution setting.
