– PayPal is the only form of payment accepted.

– If your item is received damaged, within 48 hours, contact our customer service department to file a FedEx/UPS claim for the damaged item(s). Within the next few days, FedEx/UPS will make 3 pick-up attempts to bring the package back to their station for inspection (5-8 business days inspection time required from FedEx/UPS). A replacement is sent out immediately once the package arrives to our warehouse.
– Please retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. The buyer is responsible for claiming all damages incurred while shipping with the carrier.
– If you refuse the package from the carrier at the time of delivery or the package is undeliverable, you will be charged for the return shipping fee.
