The polyester bonded thread used in LOOP-LOC covers costs almost 10 times more than that used by some of our competitors. Double perimeter webbing and double-thick straps give our covers an incredibly high break strength. Extremely high-strength, non-corrosive 302 grade stainless steel springs for superior weight-bearing capacity. The large X-tacking on LOOP-LOC straps is sewn manually for precise placement and maximum strength. We use 87% black yarn in our fabric for superior UV stability. Chafe strips are manufactured with exclusively virgin material – not “regrind,” which tends to stain decking. Non-corrosive aluminum tips are double-notched for stability. We sew the webbing to the cover using contrasting white thread, instead of black, to ensure that not a single stitch is missed. Cover requires no obstructions (i.e. dive stands, fill spouts, non removable hand rails, etc) within 18 inches of the pool. Cover requires 3ft of solid concrete decking. Safety covers listed will not work on pavers, wood decks, etc. Cover must be purchased for pool size listed. Using a rectangle cover on a non rectangle pool (i.e. grecian, oval, kidney, free-form, etc) or using a larger cover to cover steps (we have covers with step sections) will result in the warranty being voided and also voids the safety certification. We can make just about any size or shape custom. 15yr Limited manufacture warranty Please note, If you are replacing a current safety cover, the straps will NOT match and you will need to drill new holes.
