Product Description Creality Original Upgraded Ender 3 Tempered Glass Platform Tempered Glass Bed for Ender 3, Ender 3 Pro, Ender 5, Ender 5 Pro, CR 20, CR 20 Pro 3d printer Usage Method： 1.Clamp the platform to the printer’s hotbed. 2.Place the A4 paper on the platform for leveling, and the distance between the nozzle and the platform keeps the A4 paper moving freely 3.Clean the platform surface with water (If there is sweat or oil on the platform, which will lead to stickiness.), Suggested bed temperature may vary depends on the filament material. 4.After finish printing, the viscosity of the platform will gradually decrease as the temperature decreases, and the model can be taken after the temperature of the platform is lowered. PLEASE NOTE: This surface is incredibly sticky at high temperatures for plastics such as PETG, PLA, and ABS. Once the print has finished, DO NOT immediately try to remove the model from the glass bed with force!! This glass bed must come down to room temperature for the advanced surface to “release” the model. Attempting to forcibly remove the print from the glass bed at high temperature WILL DAMAGE the proprietary surface. Temperature settings for different filaments: 1. PLA:50-70℃ 2. Flexible filament: 50-70℃ 3. ABS:100-125℃ (110℃ is recommended) 4. PC:100-130℃ (120℃ is recommended) 5. Nylon:90-120℃ (110℃ is recommended) 6. PP:100-130℃ (120℃ is recommended) 7. PETG: 50-70℃ Do you have some problems as following? Damaged Surface Texture paper or solid gule is need on print platform. the model is hard to take off, and the texture paper will be damaged when remove the model. Difficult to take off Model Solid gule make the model hard to take off, and the spade is easily damaged the platform. Unsightly Bottom the residue of platform increase when you use solid gule for a long time. And the bottom of model is unsightly. Feature 1: Easy to Remove Model with 1 Minute After the hot bed is cooled, the model can be easily removed without using any tools. Feature 2: High Viscosity & Strong Adhesion High viscosity, no warping and fine surface, no need to use texture paper and solid gule. Feature 3: 0.15MM of Flatness Recovery Model The flatness of printing platform is 0.15mm to avoid leveling failure. There is exquisite bottom of model. Feature 4: Wear Resistant and Scratch Resistant, Easy to Clean After using for several times, the platform will be clean by using water. How to clean the glass bed? Heat the bed to 70℃ until the leftover material is as soft and easy to remove as possible. Use the scraper to remove any residue. Scrub the glass with warm water. Do not scrub the glass platform with alcohol, it will damage the surface coating that increases adhesion. We recommend cleaning with water. Feature 5: High Hardness & Durable Inorganic coating is covered. The hardness can be up to 8 Mohs, the hardness is better than aluminum and copper.
