Payment Policy

Immediate payment is required for all items.

Even though our main office is in Indiana, we charge sales tax in several states. We ship from many different warehouses throughout the U.S. and must charge sales tax in any state where we have a physical presence. Add this item to your shopping cart in order to see if sales tax will be assessed.

We offer free shipping to the continental United States. Currently, we do not ship to the following locations:

This means that eBay will be handling the international portion of the delivery and they will be the ones to add any relevant shipping and customs fees. Returns and Price Matching Policies

All returns or replacements for damaged / defective merchandise must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

International returns are available only if the buyer pays for any and all return shipping fees – NO EXCEPTIONS. We are not able to ship directly to international locations and therefore use eBay’s Global Shipping Program to facilitate these deliveries. We have no way to provide country-specific return labels, therefore any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
