The most notable physical issue we noted was that the to pencil-eraser sized pegs on either side of the reaction module meant to help hold it in its cradle on the C1000 base are broken off- see pics 15 & 16 for close up views. We also noted that the date was way off, so buyer may wish to correct that. Reaction module lid automatically opens and closes properly when its button is pressed. We successfully programmed and ran a simple test cycle with temperature set-points of 95C, 55C, 72C and 4C, which it performed with no errors reported. We’re confident you will be satisfied with this item and back that up with a full 60 day guarantee! Includes power cord, and comes exactly as you see in pictures- Nothing more, nothing less. Please note: In the pictures you will see anti-tamper stickers affixed to various places on the reaction modules and cycler. It’s unfortunate that we need to resort to these measures, but we have had bad experiences with dishonest buyers opening up devices and swapping out good parts for bad and then returning it. To prevent fraudulent returns, any evidence of tampering or removal of those stickers will void the return policy.
