eBay This rare edition of The Beatles’ White Album, with the catalog number SWBO-1-101, is a must-have for collectors. The vinyl itself is in very good plus (VG+) condition, with a stereo sound that is sure to impress. The cardboard sleeve has also been well-preserved, with only very minor wear. This album is a piece of rock ‘n’ roll history and is perfect for fans of the British Invasion and 1960s style music. Don’t miss your chance to own this collector’s item. Since the first label and the second label were available together from the day that the record went on sale, it is easy to find albums with “mismatched” labels. A true first pressing will have all of the errors. A seventh spelling error is found on side two. This misspelling shows “Rocky Raccoon” as “Rocky Racoon.” That misspelling went uncorrected until the 1995 reissue of the album. Therefore, it is found on every copy with the catalog number SWBO-101. ORIGINAL OWNER The matrix numbers on this record are all etched SIDE 1 SWBO-1-101-J46 △ (Scranton pressing with IAM triangle) SIDE 2 SWBO-2-101-J45 #3 △ (Scranton pressing with IAM triangle) SIDE 3 SWBO-3-101-J57 △ (Scranton pressing with IAM triangle) SIDE 4 SWBO-4-101-J44 #4 △ (Scranton pressing with IAM triangle) SAMPLE COVER NUMBER Lead character of “A” without any blank space. The “A” is printed in the same font as the number. Typically found on covers numbered from about 1,390,000 to about 2,250,000 and with records pressed in Scranton. These copies were available for purchase no later than January, 1969. I will pack your record with care and I will be sure to package the record outside of its cover to assure there are no issues during transit with seam splitting.
