It comes complete with a Powerspark Electronic Ignition and Powermax Moulded Red Rotor Arm. This distributor will fit all British Motor Corporation (BMC) A Series engines from 1969 to 1981, prior to electronic ignition and some B series engines but does not fit DIRECTLY onto an A SeriesPLUS engine. Powerspark Electronic Ignition Kit – This kit (pre-fitted in this distributor) replaces the standard points and condenser system with a simple electronic pick up. It gives trouble free starting and smoother running to rid your classic car of ignition related maintenance issues. Powermax Red Rotor Arm – A moulded rotor arm unit designed to be stronger and more reliable than the original riveted unit.
