It is the 2011 Lady Liberty Forever issue. The design was infamously taken from the wrong Statue of Liberty. Both stamps have 4EVR microprinting shown above magnified with red arrows. The stamps are valid for 1 oz US postage forever. At the time of issue Forever was nondenominated (44c). Forty four cents met the USPS First Class 1 oz domestic letter rate from May 11, 2009 through Jan 21, 2012. All self-adhesives remain on their original backing paper.
